Lisa Cadieux, Operations Manager
Lisa has been with Arcis since day one, and had previously worked with Bruce and Kristen for three years at Euro American Advisors as the Office Manager. Lisa decided to call Tampa home after six years in the U.S. Air Force landed her at MacDill AFB as a paralegal. Lisa’s primary role at Arcis includes all aspects of marketing, lease administration, acquisition support, as well as space planning, and special functions. In addition, Lisa is responsible for investor relations, homeowner association management, and the oversight of office functions and personnel. Her diverse skill set makes her an integral part of the team and Arcis’ success. She holds a BS in Government from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager.

 

Liz Guengerich, Accounting Manager
Liz joined Arcis in 2004 and is responsible for the accounting of the Arcis Portfolio. As the Accounting Manager, she is responsible for annual budgets, reforecasts, cash flow proformas and operating expense reconciliations, as well as assisting with acquisitions and dispositions. Before assuming the position of Accounting Manager, Liz was the Property Manager for the Florida Portfolio, which gives her a particularly unique and helpful insight into the day-to-day operations of the portfolio. Prior to Arcis, Liz was an accountant at a blanket manufacturing company in North Carolina. She holds a BS in Business Accounting from Montreat College in Montreat, North Carolina.

 

Melanie Scott, Property Manager
Melanie has been involved in commercial real estate since 1999. Melanie helped establish the Arcis Realty of Alabama office located in Birmingham, Alabama. She oversees the Property Management of the Alabama Portfolio, and manages the Alabama office and personnel. Prior to joining the Arcis team, Melanie was Vice President of Commercial Property Management for Engel Realty Company and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. During her tenure at Engel she managed 3 million square feet of property and was involved with 750,000 square feet of both interior and exterior building renovation projects. Melanie began her career working at First Commercial Bank, which lead her to seek a career in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

 

Katherine Burdge, Human Resources
Katherine has filled a variety of needs for Arcis since the business was started. Her primary role is to assist with Human Resources, while also providing support to any of the other managers. Katherine began her career as petrochemical and commodities trader until she was hired by Chemical Bank. After completing their 12-month credit training program, Katherine became an Account Officer in Chemical’s Commodities and Agribusiness World unit. She later moved over to Chemical’s Middle Market High Risk business unit. Subsequent to Chemical Bank, Katherine became a VP of Financial Analysis for Reliance Group Holdings in charge of a team of financial analysts that oversaw the creditworthiness of more than $1 billion of high risk insurance transactions. Katherine received her B.A. in History, with a Minor in Economics, from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

 

Ken Poll, Property Manager
Ken joined Arcis in 2015 after three years as the Asset Manager with HRES, Inc.  He is the Property Manager for the Florida Portfolio, where he works closely with the tenants at each property to take care of their service requests and resolve any complaints or issues they have.  In addition, he oversees the Preventative Maintenance Program for the Florida assets.  Ken honed his customer service skills from 2001-2012 as he worked his way up to General Manager for the Tampa Bay Area with Pier 1 Imports.  Ken is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.

 

Renee Opland, Lease Associate
Renee Opland joined Arcis Investments as the Leasing Associate in 2015, and is responsible for leasing the Tampa/Clearwater portfolio.   She is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and has more than 18 years’ experience   in   Leasing   and Management for both Commercial and Residential properties. Renee was born and raised on the Jersey Shore but recently moved to Clearwater in 2014 from St. Louis where she lived for the past 30 years.

 

Tiffany Savincki, Accountant
Tiffany has over 15 years of Real Estate Management experience and has been with Arcis Realty of Alabama since 2013. She currently works in the accounting department, and is involved in the day to day accounting, as well as annual requirements and special projects. Prior to joining the Arcis team Tiffany was a Regional Manager at Engel Realty Company in the Multi Family Division. During her tenure at Engel Realty Company, she was responsible for over15,000 apartment units, and was the liaison between ownership and investors, management of property, personnel, acquisition and sale, and interior and exterior renovations.

 

Emily Bethards, Accountant
Emily joined the Arcis team in 2006 and has worked in both the property management side and accounting side. Her position now includes Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables for the entire Arcis Portfolio. Emily also assists in providing support to the Property Management teams.

 

Scott Miller, Senior Maintenance Engineer
Scott joined Arcis in 2004 and is a licensed HVAC technician. He has over 18 years’ experience in HVAC and property maintenance, and worked as an electrical apprentice for several years. Scott oversees all HVAC maintenance, repair and installation, and tenant build-outs for the Florida portfolio. He supervises the maintenance staff, and is responsible for making sure tenant Service Requests and tenant rebill items are completed.

 

Brian McElroy, Lead Engineer
With over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Brian supervises the Maintenance Department in Birmingham, Alabama. Brian has extensive training and experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction, including framing, carpentry, drywall, acoustical ceilings, plumbing and electrical work.
