  • Industrial: Multi-tenant warehouse distribution, not manufacturing. Need at least 3 tenants, with no tenant more than 50%.
  • Flex: Multi-tenant with good road frontage.
  • Land: 3-5 year hold, targeted development areas, rezoning in place.
